Questions people ask

What counts as a website?: One address, such as example.com. www.example.com and shop.example.com are separate addresses, and each one you add counts toward your 3.
What does the free trial include?: Everything, for 14 days. You do not enter a card to start. If you do nothing at the end, your account turns read-only, weekly checks stop and nothing is deleted.
How often is a site checked?: Every week, by itself. You can also start a check whenever you like, up to 6 times a day for each website, for example after your web person says something is fixed.
Can a check harm my site?: It is built so it cannot. It only reads, the way a visitor's browser does: it never submits a form, tries a password or sends anything designed to break something. It also limits how fast and how much it asks for.
What does a clean result mean?: That this week's check found nothing wrong. Sentinel checks again every week, and tells you when a later check finds something. It is a regular health check on what a visitor can see, not a full security audit.
I have more than three websites.: One subscription covers 3. You can remove one and add another at any time.
What happens to my data if I leave?: It is yours. Download your websites, every finding and the full check history as spreadsheets at any time, including after you cancel.
Is there a contract?: No. You pay monthly and cancel from the billing page.
