- Is it really unlimited?
- Yes. Add every technician and office person you have. Create as many jobs, estimates and invoices as you need. The price does not move.
- What does the free trial include?
- Everything, for 14 days. You do not enter a card to start. If you do nothing at the end, your account turns read-only and nothing is deleted.
- What do online payments cost?
- You connect your own Stripe account and pay Stripe's standard rate directly to Stripe. We add nothing on top and take no cut. Cash and checks cost nothing.
- Is there a contract or a setup fee?
- No. It is month to month and you set it up yourself. Cancel from the billing page whenever you like.
- Which QuickBooks does it work with?
- QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- It is yours. Download your customers, jobs, invoices and payments as spreadsheets at any time, including after you cancel.
- Does the phone app really work with no signal?
- Yes. A technician can see the day's jobs, add notes and photos, collect a signature and build an invoice with the phone in airplane mode. It all sends when the phone is back online.
