What happens to your bill when you hire an inspector
Most inspection software is priced by the number of people using it. InspectFlow is $75 a month no matter how many you add.
| Inspectors | InspectFlow | At $30 each | At $60 each | At $120 each |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $75 | $30 | $60 | $120 |
| 3 | $75 | $90 | $180 | $360 |
| 5 | $75 | $150 | $300 | $600 |
| 10 | $75 | $300 | $600 | $1,200 |
| 25 | $75 | $750 | $1,500 | $3,000 |
| 50 | $75 | $1,500 | $3,000 | $6,000 |
The per-inspector columns are examples to show the arithmetic, not any company's price. Put the rate you are quoted in their place.
When the price is not on the page
Some inspection software does not publish a price at all. ServiceTrade's pricing page, when we looked in October 2026, showed a “Request pricing” button for each plan and said pricing is driven mainly by the number of technicians you support. If you are comparing, ask for the monthly total at your current head count and at the head count you expect next year.
What a checklist app leaves out
A general checklist app records the inspection and stops there. InspectFlow also keeps the due dates, schedules the visit, tracks each failed item until it is fixed, quotes the repair, invoices it and sends it to QuickBooks, so you are not paying for and re-typing into a second system.
