Questions people ask

Is it really unlimited?: Yes. Add every inspector and office person you have, every site and every asset. Send as many reports as you complete. The price does not move.
What does the free trial include?: Everything, for 14 days. You do not enter a card to start. If you do nothing at the end, your account turns read-only and nothing is deleted.
Do the checklists meet the code?: They are a starting point written in plain words, not a certified copy of any standard. You can change every item, and you are responsible for checking your checklist against the code your area has adopted.
Can I use my own checklist?: Yes. Edit a starter or build one from blank with pass or fail items, readings with an allowed range, choices, dates, text and photos.
Does the phone app really work with no signal?: Yes. An inspector can work a whole site with the phone in airplane mode: answers, readings, photos and signatures. It all sends when the phone is back online.
Can it send results to my water authority or fire marshal?: It produces a PDF report you can send them. It does not submit to their own portals.
Does it invoice?: Yes. Estimates, invoices, online payments and QuickBooks Online sync are included, and a failed item becomes an estimate line in one step.
What happens to my data if I leave?: It is yours. Download your customers, assets, reports, every answer and your invoices as spreadsheets at any time, including after you cancel.
